Step 1 (Every Holidays):
Register for the event you wish to lead at (see Volunteers/Holiday Camps pages), using the coupon VOL.
Step 2 (Every Year & First Time Leaders)
Email your Written Reference forms to the following:
1. A pastor/youth leader
2. A teacher/sports coach

Step 3 (Every 3 Years- 17 & Older Only)
Fill in a Police Vet Form and send us a verified copy of your passport/driver license and birth certificate. These can be sighted and signed off by your school or pastor. Email both forms to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will arrange a Video Interview with you. These are normally via Zoom and take around 30 minutes. You will also be required to attend one of Leaders Training Days prior to attending camp. This will form a part of your application.
Once all paperwork has been received, we will begin processing your application. You will normally find out if your application has been successful around 3-4 weeks prior to camp beginning. We can't wait to have you on board!
