Totara Springs Christian Centre is set on 42 hectares with a wide range of buildings, machinery, equipment, grounds and activities which need to be maintained in a safe, good working order. We are looking for someone to join our property maintenance team to help maintain, grow and develop our property to a high level so our guest can safely enjoy their time at TSCC.
The ideal candidate will have trade experience, with an attitude of learning how to do new things. As part of this team you will be responsible for helping to meet several different compliance requirements to ensure we maintain a high level of health and safety for all who are on site. This will mean you will need to be adaptable as you assess and prioritise task as they come up so they can be carried out in an efficient manner. As a key member of this team you will need to work well with others, as well as being self motivated to carry out tasks in a self directed way. The property maintenance team is part of a wider team, pitching in to achieve the larger goal of TSCC.
