ABOUT DAY CAMP: Day camp at Totara Springs Christian Centre is a week-long church partnership camp experience for children aged 7-11 years old.
This program is designed to get kids unplugged from their daily lives and out into God's creation. They will build friendships, learn camp songs, hear messages from the Bible in both large and small groups, and experience unique activities each of which has a spiritual application. Activities include but are not limited to making candles, teambuilding initiatives, paracord bracelet making, bush craft, sports, outdoor cooking, archery, and more.
Each day the kids arrive at TSCC on the bus from the church at 8:30 AM and depart at 3:30 PM with a special day on Friday that starts at noon and ends at dusk. Day camp concludes on Friday evening with a family night program that includes a potluck dinner and a short program where the kids will show off their camp songs and the beautiful camping location where they have spent the week. This is a great opportunity for families to meet each other as well as our caring team (Transportation is not provided at the end of the program unless pre-arranged with the church).
FRIDAY IS FAMILY NIGHT: Campers are dropped of at 12:00 pm and family night ends at 8pm.
